A reservation receipt means your request has been recorded. A booking becomes confirmed only when it is marked PAID, FREE, or otherwise confirmed by the official teacher/support contact.

2. Privacy Policy

When you contact us, book a class/service, generate a receipt, submit a review, use the Service Desk, join a referral flow, or request support, we may collect details such as your name, email, WhatsApp/phone number, selected service/plan, booking notes, receipt number, Student ID, review details, referral information and payment status.

• We use this information to respond to inquiries, manage classes, issue receipts, verify payment status, send confirmations, provide support, manage coupons/offers and improve service quality.
• We do not sell your personal information.
• Access is limited only to authorized support/service handling where required.
• Payment and receipt information is used only for booking confirmation, support, accounting, dispute handling and service delivery.
• The website may store limited local preferences on your device, such as generated receipt details or interface preferences, to improve your experience.

3. Terms & Conditions

By using this website, booking a class/service, generating a receipt, submitting a form, or contacting us through the website, you agree to these policies and terms.

• Services may include online Qur'an classes, Tajweed/Nazra, recitation and Maqamat training, trial classes, voice/recitation work, creative services, digital design, audio/video editing and web-related services.
• Prices, discounts, special offers, coupons and availability may change. Offers are valid only while active and may include date limits, slot limits, currency rules or other conditions.
• Students/clients should provide correct contact details and keep receipt/Student ID information safe.
• Website text, branding, graphics, receipts and learning/service materials may not be copied, resold or reused without permission.
• We aim to keep the website accurate and available, but temporary outages, communication delays, connectivity issues or incorrect user-submitted information may affect service flow.

4. Class Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

For Qur'an classes, Tajweed, Nazra, recitation and Maqamat sessions, scheduling is handled with mutual respect and clear communication.

• Please request schedule changes as early as possible through WhatsApp or email.
• If a student misses a session without timely notice, arrives very late, or cannot be reached through the provided contact details, that session may be counted as used.
• If the teacher needs to reschedule due to an unavoidable reason, a suitable replacement time or adjustment will be offered, In Sha Allah.
• Repeated missed sessions, disrespectful communication, or non-payment may result in pause/cancellation of classes.
• Free trial timing is subject to availability and confirmation.

5. Payment Confirmation Policy

Payment confirmation is handled carefully to protect both the student/client and the teacher.

• A reservation receipt is not a final paid confirmation.
• After payment, the student/client should send the payment screenshot or proof with the receipt number through the official WhatsApp/email contact.
• The booking is confirmed after payment is verified and the receipt status is marked PAID, or when a booking is marked FREE/Complimentary.
• Once confirmed, an automatic confirmation email/paid receipt may be sent if an email address is available.
• Payment details are shared only through reservation email/PDF or official support communication, not publicly on the website.

6. Refund, Return & Adjustment Policy

Refunds and adjustments depend on the type of service, work already completed, class status and the reason for the request.

• For online Qur'an classes, if a paid session cannot be delivered from our side, we may offer rescheduling, service credit, or a suitable refund/adjustment.
• Missed sessions caused by late arrival, no response, incorrect contact details, or last-minute cancellation may not qualify for refund.
• For custom voice, recitation, design, editing or web services, once planning, recording, design work, editing or delivery has started, refunds may be limited or unavailable unless agreed otherwise.
• Digital products/downloadable items are generally non-returnable after access/delivery.
• If physical products are offered in the future, shipping timelines, courier availability, delivery charges and return eligibility will be confirmed before processing.
• Approved refunds are processed through a suitable agreed method. Processing time can vary depending on the bank, payment channel or verification requirements.

7. Child Safety & Online Class Policy

For children and young students, online learning should remain safe, respectful and transparent.

• Parents/guardians are encouraged to supervise or remain aware of online class timing and communication.
• Students and teachers must maintain respectful Islamic manners and appropriate communication.
• Class recordings, screenshots or personal details should not be shared publicly without permission.
• Any concern should be reported immediately through WhatsApp or email.

8. Male/Female Teacher Availability Disclaimer

Teacher availability, language support and time slots may change depending on schedule, workload, holidays, class load and personal availability.

• Availability shown on the website is for guidance and may be updated from time to time.
• Final class timing and teacher availability are confirmed after contact/reservation.
• If a selected teacher/language option becomes unavailable, a suitable alternative or reschedule may be offered.

9. Website Security & Service Reliability

The website uses HTTPS/SSL and privacy-conscious service handling. Forms, receipts and status checks are designed to support service delivery while keeping internal working methods and private records confidential.

• Users should communicate through official website links, official WhatsApp and official email only.
